Umar Mosque provides the opportunity to fulfill the obligatory 5 daily prayers as well as Jumu'ah (Friday) prayers with jama'ah (in congregation), under the guidance of our regular learned Imams. We also provide Qur'an teaching with Tajweed, Fiqh and Ahadeeth to our
regular members of the congregation.
We have an established Madrasa service since our inception and have grown as
its services have been appreciated by many parents. Students are taught Qura'nic learning with Tajweed,
Fiqh and Islamic studies, Dua’s in the life of a Muslim and basic Islamic guidance
of Qur'an and sunnah.
This is delivered by qualified teaching staff (Males/Females) and these services are provided to both boys and girls in segregation.
During the month of Ramadhan, we provide a full dinner for Iftar and have been doing so successfully for several years.
This is provided for FREE and has been well appreciated by our community. We also offer Kitchen facilities and a part of our hall to our community for their gatherings for families and friends.
